Our fee's are very flexible and we consider the overall cost, not just standard rates per dwelling or building. We support clients with solutions to achieve compliance under Building Regulations, the Code for Sustainable Homes, BREEAM and PassivHaus.
We also offer initial feasibility stage assessments to inform design and ensure the concept design is on track to achieve the required rating.
